2009

Insatek was founded in January 2009 from the shared vision of Gianluca Sartor and Giuseppe Innocente, who combined complementary skills and experiences. From the beginning, Insatek has stood out for the high quality and innovation of its solutions.

Over the years, it has built solid partnerships with the main players in the sector at an international level, establishing itself as a point of reference in the HORECA world.

2016

A significant turning point occurred in February 2016: airchè was born, the division entirely dedicated to professional kitchens. The name derives from the Greek term archè, which means "principle" or "origin," and represents the beginning of a new reality from which knowledge and innovations take shape. As with all our work, everything starts from a project: the project always comes before the process.

2018

airchè became the sole certifier in Italy for the ANSUL R102 and ANSUL PIRANHA fire suppression systems.

2020

airchè was chosen as the exclusive dealer for Italy for Halton, a leader in high-efficiency exhaust hoods produced in Finland.

2021

With the departure of Giuseppe Innocente, Emma Bassan, already present for years in the company and a consolidated point of reference in the team, joined the company ownership.

2024

With Insatek's 15th anniversary, airchè inaugurated its new headquarters in Milan.

2025

Airchè structured itself to offer an increasingly complete service from plant design to installation and maintenance, reaching, thanks to the Insatek Ideaquadro division, the ability to offer control of the entire system by designing and independently building control systems.

2026

Looking to a promising future: airchè expands its vision by becoming a manufacturer of professional hoods. A milestone that is not only a product evolution but the result of a process of research and development.
